Syneos Health Consulting provide subject matter expertise over the entire lifecycle of an organisation. Our European Consulting team is looking for driven and intellectually curious individuals to join the team at either Analyst or Associate Consultant level. Successful candidates will join one of our four teams that are currently hiring, depending on experience and suitability.

Our teams include:

• Strategy: Develop customised high quality and efficient product, portfolio and customer strategies
• Medical Affairs: Specialise in Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Quality & Compliance
• Health Economics and Outcomes Research: Generate relevant economic and humanistic evidence
• Research and Development: Focus on addressing the challenges faced by R&D organisations

The ideal candidate would be in their final year of, or recently graduated from, a life sciences undergraduate, Masters or PhD programme. We are also open to considering candidates working towards a business or economics degree with a keen interest in life sciences. We are searching for individuals who are looking to specialise in life sciences and are keen to take the next step in their development journey. Intellectual curiosity, strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities are essential.
