About Me
I am the primatologist for Fundacion Para La Tierra and I am originally from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am a National Geographic Explorer studying the ecological requirements of the hooded capuchin in pristine and degraded Upper ParanĂ¡ Atlantic Forest. I supervise undergraduate and masters level projects on the behaviour of the urban black-&-gold howler monkey population of Pilar, Paraguay. I have previous experience working with chacma baboons and other non-primate wildlife including large carnivores in Namibia, mantled howler monkeys and red-backed squirrel monkeys in Panama and rhesus macaques in Puerto Rico.
